This project focuses on confirming a candidate’s academic credentials at a local level. The task is limited to a single degree and must verify three key data points: the exact name of the issuing institution, the official graduation date, and the declared field of study.
You’ll need direct access to the institution’s registrar or an equivalent authoritative source so the results can stand up to formal pre-employment vetting. Screenshots of registrar responses, stamped letters, or secure API results are all acceptable proof, provided they can be independently validated.
Deliverables
• A concise verification report (PDF) summarising findings
• Supporting evidence clearly linking the documentation to the candidate’s name and the three required data points
• A brief note on the verification method used (phone, email, in-person, online portal, etc.)
Completion is expected as soon as the records can be retrieved; please indicate an estimated turnaround time when you accept the job.
