LexisNexis Research and File Compilation
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a skilled professional that has access to LexisNexis, as I do NOT have access myself. The task involves the following:
- Conduct a comprehensive LexisNexis search based on specific keywords provided by me. These keywords include 'Pain management', 'Fraud', 'Settlement', 'Fraudulent billing', 'Epidurals', and 'Motor vehicle accidents'. You do NOT have to find articles with all of the keywords but there should be pain management in them.
- Gather relevant files from the search results, including case files, legal articles, and court records, and depositions
- The search should be only focused on the United States jurisdiction.
After collecting the files, you will be required to send them to me in Word and PDF format.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Proven experience in conducting legal research using LexisNexis.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and concepts, particularly in the areas of pain management, fraud, and motor vehicle accidents.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in compiling and organizing files.
- Clear communication skills to ensure the files are delivered in the correct format and in a timely manner.
