Laboratory research on peripheral blood

I am looking for a researcher that has the possibility to do an experiment (the researcher has to be working in a lab) by using MCSF and peripheral blood from animals (possibly mice), and be able to identify certain markers (more details to the winning freelancer), and possibility to write a paper following the experiment. No other particular substances or equipment are needed. Everything following ethical research.
