(Junior) Research Consultant
YOUR TASKS
Carrying out demanding recruiting projects in close cooperation with the project managers
Identification & pre-selection (search & research) of suitable candidates
Active sourcing / social media activities
Significant support in the handling of demanding search mandates
Intensive research of the target market and identification of relevant players / candidates and target companies in the competitive environment
You will be responsible for large parts of the research process
You will draw up target company lists, research and identify potential candidates
You will accompany the further selection process and document the results
You will maintain our internal systems and take on administrative tasks
What should you bring with you?
A degree or a commercial apprenticeship or comparable training or further education
First relevant professional experience (preferably in personnel consulting / research, headhunting or in the recruiting environment)
Strong organisational skills and problem-solving intelligence
Strong communication skills and a confident and convincing manner
Methodical and result-oriented approach
Confident handling of modern standard software both on and offline
