We are seeking a freelancer who is experienced with using Indeed and has access to a professional account to help us recruit top-tier PhD-level researchers for a cutting-edge research program in China. The ideal freelancer will assist in identifying and contacting high-potential candidates from universities ranked in the top 100 QS World University Rankings, specifically in the following fields:
Advanced Computing & AI
Biomedical Engineering & Bio-Pharmacy
Next-Generation Information Technology
Robotics & Automation
New Materials & Sustainable Technologies
Key Responsibilities:
Targeted Recruitment: Identify and contact a minimum of 50 potential candidates from Top 100 QS World University Rankings who meet the following criteria:
Must have a PhD degree from a globally recognized institution (preferably from Top 100 QS Universities).
At least 3 years of continuous research or industry experience post-PhD.
Must be interested in joining high-impact research projects in China and willing to relocate or work remotely.
Candidate Engagement:
Reach out to candidates and get their interest and consent to apply for the program.
Ensure that candidates complete our CV format and submit the necessary documents for the application process.
Data Collection & Reporting:
Collect CVs, contact details, and research portfolios (if applicable) from each candidate.
Provide detailed reporting of all candidates' status and progress through the recruitment pipeline.
Communication & Documentation:
Ensure that all communications with potential candidates are professional, clear, and effective.
Maintain an organized file of candidates' contact info, CVs, and other required documents.
Requirements:
Proven experience using Indeed for recruitment (with an active Indeed account preferred).
Ability to source high-quality candidates from top-tier universities worldwide.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with high-caliber professionals.
Ability to manage recruitment timelines and ensure candidates complete necessary documentation (CV format).
Additional Information:
Compensation: We will offer a competitive compensation based on the number of successful candidates and quality of work.
Timeframe: This is an ongoing recruitment task with initial goals of 50 candidate contacts. However, the scope may extend based on project needs.
