Japanese speaking Web Researchers - Medical Procedures

Looking for
- 1 native (level) Japanes speaker (no ifs no buts)

to research a number of medical procedures performed in Japan.

This will involve:
- find and research sources and links to journals/websites/presentations as to the number of procedures performed annually in that particular country (not hospital, not doctor).
- search on surgical and interventional society websites and find out whether they have any data available on these procedures.
- see if there is a national statistics office available that publishes data on procedures performed.

Interested in:

... thoracic aortic procedures (both endovascular and open surgical)
... complex aortic vascular procedures (thoracoabdominal, suprarenal, juxtaranal)
