I’m now ready to hand the entire production over to one skilled journalist or content creator who can research, write, and lay out each edition from start to finish while maintaining a crisp, professional tone.
Each month you will:
• Research fresh, relevant stories in Irish news and the emergency-services sector, then weave in notable local events and community updates.
• Draft engaging copy that feels authoritative yet approachable—strictly professional in voice.
• Drop the content into the existing newsletter template (I’ll supply the file, fonts, and brand guidelines).
• Place and label sponsor blocks neatly at the bottom, ensuring they never disrupt the main narrative.
• Run a quick proofread and deliver the final, ready-to-send HTML/PDF file.
The workflow is streamlined and typically takes less than five hours per issue, but I’m open to expanding responsibilities—additional editions, special alerts, or even a companion podcast—once we’ve nailed the core process.
