I'm seeking a researcher to compile a list of U.S. Investment Brokerage Firms, ideally located in Georgia or Florida, that meet specific requirements.
Please note, the firms must:
- Accept transactions in the range of $400,000 to $500,000
- Offer asset-based lines of credit with an 85-90% LTV (loan to value)
The ideal candidate would understand the finance and investment sector. The smaller, regional firms are preferred, as they are more likely to entertain a line of credit at $400,000. The selected freelancer will be privy to further parameters of the project, which will remain confidential.
In addition, the brokerage firm must be able to:
- Broker the line of credit or fund it themselves
Please note, this project is not focused on specific investments such as stocks, bonds, or real estate. Rather, the primary concern is the availability of asset-based lines of credit.
Skills and experience ideal for this project include:
