Investigation of Newspaper Articles at Military Installations in California 1980-1982

I am looking for a researcher to investigate newspaper articles from military installations in California between 1980-1982. The purpose of the investigation is for research purposes. I am specifically looking for digital copies of the articles, with a focus on specific military installations that I will provide.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong research skills
- Experience with historical analysis
- Familiarity with military installations in California during the 1980s
- Ability to locate and retrieve digital copies of newspaper articles.
These articles are exclusive to crimes committed by and or to military service members at Fort Ord, or the communities of Monterey, Seaside, Marina, Pacific Grove and Salinas, California. I am searching fir murders, suicides, robberies, rape, child murders, baby and toddlers deaths, Autoerotic deaths. Or any unsolved crimes committed in or around these military installation.
These will include but nit limited to local and state newspapers as well as military publications.
