Internet Research, Prospect Generation & List Building

We are a rapidly growing Parking Solutions company, based in North America, and expanding globally. We are looking for a long-term dedicated internet researcher to help us grow our prospect list of potential customers.
The job description includes, searching the web and compiling a database of real estate development projects around the world. Once a real estate development project is identified, you then will gather the contract information for the executives leading these real estate development projects and add their information to our database.
We are looking for an individual who is fluent in English and is available to work from 10am-5pm Eastern Standard Time every Monday through Friday and is available by phone and video call during these times. In addition, you will be utilizing a Zoho, Monday.com and Gsuite, and experience with these softwares is a plus.
This is a long-term position with potential growth opportunities.
