Main Responsibilities:​
- Monitor political developments in Latin American countries (e.g., elections, policy reforms, left/right political alternation trends) and assess their impact on investment, trade, and industrial chains.
- Analyze policy coordination and potential conflicts within regional integration organizations (e.g., MERCOSUR, Pacific Alliance).
- Evaluate the dynamics of U.S. influence in Latin America, with a focus on countries such as Venezuela, Brazil, Panama, Chile, and Colombia (e.g., U.S. support for democratic institutions).
- Provide market entry strategies for client industries (e.g., energy, agriculture, technology, infrastructure) in Latin America, identifying high-potential countries and risk points.
- Research green energy transitions in Latin America (e.g., lithium mining in Chile, hydropower in Brazil) and analyze the impact of ESG policies on multinational corporations.
- Develop country risk assessment models for Latin American nations (covering political stability, debt crises, social movements, etc.) and produce quarterly or annual reports.
- Offer crisis management advice to clients (e.g., addressing the impact of drug cartels in Mexico, rural conflicts in Colombia).
- Assist in designing localized cooperation plans (e.g., negotiation strategies with Latin American family businesses, government agencies, and NGOs).
- Provide cultural sensitivity training to avoid violating local cultural taboos.

Qualifications:​
- Master’s degree or above in International Relations, Political Science, Latin American Studies, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Latin America research, or experience in Latin America-related business with multinational corporations or international organizations.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage.
- In-depth understanding of the political and economic landscape of at least two Latin American countries (e.g., Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Venezuela).
- Ability to independently complete complex report writing (bilingual output in Chinese and English). Capable of handling high-intensity multitasking.
- Build a knowledge barrier in Latin America to compete for high-net-worth clients (e.g., energy giants, multinational manufacturing firms).
- Enhance brand influence in emerging Latin American markets (e.g., through white papers, industry summit presentations).
- Support clients in achieving a transformation in Latin America from “risk avoidance” to “strategic value creation.”
