Looking for an I/O Psychology with experience in Assessment and Surveys
Looking for an experienced I/O Psychology consultant for a creative project, that includes the developing of assessments, surveys or pulse surveys using Science based methodology to analyze Employee Engagement, eNPS, BurnOut and more. We are open to listen recommendation of new personality and other type of employee assessments you can give and develop to us.
We are looking to work the development (it doesn't have to be a unique survey) of a proved methodology on these surveys + the results analysis + potential insights and actions plans that we can create based on results.
You will not have to "run" the surveys in the company, but create, develop, design the analysis scales and reports, and potential action plans to improve the company culture, engagement, employee wellness, behavior and more (open to all suggestions).
