Imac Startup Problems

Dear Freelancer:

here is the following problem with an iMac Pro:

When restarting the iMac the interface with the password will be shown, when entering the password the system will not accept the password and say that it's wrong.

The iMac will then be restarted and Recovery Mode will ask regarding the password. There is an option saying "I didn't forget my password but it won't be accepted".
Choosing this will prompt the computer to ask again for the password which will be accepted, afterwards a new password can be set and the iMac will restart.

After the restart that new password won't be accepted in like 19/20 cases, then the iMac cannot start.

I reinstalled the whole system several times, as long as the iMac is running there aren't any problems, as soon as a restart is performed this problem will appear.

Further problems:

The iMac is restarting and saying that no disk is found
