I’m looking for an experienced Iceland trip planner for 3 adults, traveling Jan 18–22.
Goal
I want the cheapest best-value options (best value for money):
great price + clear inclusions + reasonable cancellation policy + transportation included (no car rental).
Key Requirements
1. Find the best price & availability for Silica Hotel
• Compare official website vs Booking/Expedia/etc.
• Confirm final price including taxes/fees
• Recommend the best-value option (not just the lowest price) with a short justification
2. Find a Glass Cabin / Igloo stay
• Must be good for aurora viewing (low light pollution)
• Near Silica OR near key attractions
• Provide 3–5 options with final pricing, cancellation policy, and booking links
3. Create a detailed day-by-day itinerary (Jan 18–22)
Include:
• Northern Lights (2+ attempts)
• Golden Circle
• South Coast
• Hot springs/geothermal bathing
• Beginner ski lessons with an instructor for 2 days
• Optional: glacier/ice cave if time allows
Each day should include timing, operator/tour name, duration, pickup points, included items, and costs.
4. Contact the relevant parties and confirm pricing
You must email/message/call as needed:
• Hotels (Silica + glass cabin)
• Tour operators (aurora, Golden Circle, South Coast, snowmobile, etc.)
• Transfer companies (KEF transfers + between stays + pickups)
• Ski school/instructor + equipment rental

You will not make final bookings—only confirm availability/prices/terms. I will finalize the bookings myself.
Deliverables
• Google Doc or PDF with:
• Full itinerary (Jan 18–22)
• Accommodation options with confirmed final pricing + links
• Tours/transfers with confirmed final pricing + links
• Total estimated budget
• Plan A / Plan B for weather changes
• Short packing list
• Delivery within 48–72 hours after starting.
