I am in need of an experienced Human Resources professional to help with my recruitment process. I have a rough idea of the process, but I'm open to suggestions. My goal is to fill between 1-3 positions with the right candidates.
I am looking for someone with a thorough understanding of best practices when it comes to recruitment, including applicant screening procedures and the formulation of employee offers. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about modern HR technologies and practices to create an efficient recruitment process.
This project requires strong interpersonal skills in order to build relationships with key stakeholders. I need someone who can identify potential candidates, capture their interest, and work to attract the best talent available. You should be organized and have strong time management skills, as well as familiarity with various recruitment methods. Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is also preferred.
The successful candidate should have demonstrable experience in recruitment, including the development and implementation of strategies. You should also be comfortable creating job postings and interviewing candidates across various mediums.
