We interact with customers via email in Outlook. These email communications contain important information that we want visible in a CRM. Currently, we will copy and paste email content and add them as notes into a folder which is stored on our desktop. The optimal solution would be that any email communications associated with the customers are stored and visible in a CRM activity so we can access at ease anytime.
