Holistic Cloud Ecosystem Partner framework and strategy
Budget: $600 – $601 USD
The goal of this project is to create a detailed PowerPoint presentation that starts off mapping the entire Public Cloud Provider ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. This will include potential future hyperscalers who will join the market and current cloud players. The mapping will include the different inputs and outputs that effect the echo system. This mapping will also include key factors that will relate to energy providers, internet providers and open space for regulatory bodies (which I will include on my own)
With this mapping the end goal will be have an established map which a partnership strategy can be built upon. i.e answering the question of 'what are the best ways to attract certain cloud services and providers to build their services in Saudi Arabia'.
Another goal is to be able to identify potential blockers and impediments within this ecosystem. For this, I would like to have a influence map / matrix where I can plug in different stakeholders and measure their various degrees of agreement or disagreement (i.e blocker > impediment)
