High Tech Greenhouse project

Hello, I am working on a project for a high tech greenhouse in Germany and Switzerland. For the case I need someone with German and French. Good skills in communication with people, market research and statistics.
Kind of personal assistant flexible with time who can participate in video conference calls and do researches online or throughout contacting different companies.
