I need to educate consultants on how to:
+ Select and approach clients
+ Present services to clients
+ Follow up on clients
+ Provide support to clients
+ Upsell, cross-sell to clients
+ Become a more confident, professional consultant
And more along those lines - I might have forgotten something.
We need to make scripts for these lessons in the overall course, the scripts I will use for recording instructional videos used to teach the consultants. We need to find info and classes online that has this and be inspired by their teachings as this is not some new knowledge, it's about finding the best info and using that to build something better to inspire and teach our consultants. Language is English.
