[HIRING NOW] JOB AVAILABLE: Executive Assistant w/ Focus on Qualitative Research & Competitive Analysis
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Hey everyone! Will keep this short and to the point – I’m a business executive and looking for a solid assistant to support me with tasks, as an example:
1. Researching different software applications (ex: CRM’s) and helping me understand how they’re different/similar, pros/cons of each, taking note of interesting features/things worth considering when deciding which to choose
2. Research for different topics – sometimes I’ll be interested in learning about new topics (example: healthy air fryer recipes, difference between different skincare products, etc.) – someone that can research what courses to take, books to read, what are the best resourced in that topic so I can learn them
3. Research into services (ex: finding a good local air conditioning repair company to use) – assessing costs, going through reviews, services offered, etc. and making recommendations
4. Research on products to buy (ex: finding the best lockbox/safe to store financial documents) – understanding key features, finding the core “feature set” for different price points, assessing performance, looking at user feedback/ options, etc.
**About the role:**
1. I will take your personal growth seriously – I will spend the necessary time training you, helping you, and making sure you are set up for success. I take personal responsibility and pride in my ability to support my team and will do everything possible to make sure your life is as simple/straight forward as possible
2. Everything is ready for you to start – onboarding guides, slack workplace for us to communicate etc.
3. If things work out, I'd like to work with you long-term
4. Of course, I want to make sure my team is taken care of financially – I actively look for reasons to give bonuses
5. The work is flexible – most things are not time sensitive, so you can get them done at a time convenient for you
**Requirements:**
1. Someone with a strong work ethic, coachable, that loves to learn
2. ****Would be comfortable with 1-4 hours of work daily, with an expected turnaround time of 12-24 hours ideally
3. ****Someone with strong English abilities – communicate efficiently with strong language abilities. Bonus if you can speak well on the phone – since topics may require a quick phone call to ask about service options, etc. (not cold calling)
