Job Responsibilities

- Grant and Tender Identification:

- Application Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for grant and tender applications.

Manage the end-to-end application process, including submission and follow-up.

- Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all grant and tender applications comply with relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards.
Monitor and report on the progress of funded projects, providing updates to internal stakeholders as required.

- Continuous Improvement:

Stay abreast of changes in the grant and tender landscape, adjusting strategies and approaches accordingly.

Implement best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the grant and tender application process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, public administration, communications).
- Proven experience in grant and tender application research and development.
- Strong understanding of the grant and tender application process, including compliance and reporting requirements.
- Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
