Google Scholar/IEEE: Data Extraction to Excel

I'm seeking a freelancer with experience in data extraction and proficient in using Google Scholar to help me extract a list of authors, their email addresses, and paper titles based on specific keywords.

Key Requirements:
- Access to and proficiency with Google Scholar/IEEE/and other databases.
- Experience in data extraction.
- Ability to organize data neatly in an Excel file.
-Extraction papers must be from the last 5 years.
