I'm seeking a genealogical expert to obtain various documents and hitorical records related to my families from ottoman and turkish archives
The goal is to uncover all types of documents, with a specific focus on:
- Military Records: In particular, service records from the Ottoman army during WWI.
- Real Estate Records: Primarily property ownership documents.
- Any other segnificant genealogical infotmation
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Experience in genealogical research, particularly with Turkish and Ottoman documents.
- Access to the relevant archives (istanbul, izmir, hebron el halil, etc.), and ability to obtain documents from the archives
- Military and real estate research expertise.
- understanding of the ottoman language
