Uluslararası bir eğitim kurumu, Türkiye’de premium özel anaokullarını araştıracak, doğrulayacak ve karar vericilerle ilk telefon görüşmelerini gerçekleştirecek profesyonel bir freelance iş ortağı aramaktadır. Amaç, premium segmentteki kurumları belirlemek, stratejik bilgi toplamak ve her okulun karar vericisiyle profesyonel bir ilk temas kurmaktır. Bu rol satış odaklı değildir; agresif satış veya kapama hedefi bulunmamaktadır.

Proje Kapsamı
1. Araştırma ve Veri Tabanı Oluşturma
- Türkiye’de premium özel anaokullarını belirlemek
- Kurumların premium segmentte olduğunu doğrulamak
- Temel kurumsal bilgileri toplamak ve düzenlemek
- Karar vericiyi (sahip / kurucu / müdür) tespit etmek
2. Profesyonel Telefon Görüşmeleri
- Okulları profesyonel ve kurumsal bir dille aramak
- Görüşmenin amacını kısa ve net şekilde aktarmak
- Karar vericinin doğrudan iletişim bilgilerini doğrulamak
- Görüşme notlarını açık ve düzenli şekilde kaydetmek
3. Ön Nitelendirme
- Akademik gelişime açıklık
- Uluslararasılaşma veya farklılaşma isteği
- Genel ilgi düzeyi (ilgili / meraklı / uygun değil)

Freelance Executive – Research and First Contact in the Education Sector (Turkey)

Project Overview

An international education company is seeking a freelance professional in Turkey to conduct a pilot project focused on researching, validating, and initiating first-contact phone calls with premium private preschools across the country. The goal is to identify relevant institutions within the premium segment, gather high‑quality strategic information, and establish a professional first connection with key decision-makers. This role does not involve aggressive sales or closing; it is a qualified research and outreach position.

Scope of Work
1. Research and Database Development
- Identify premium private preschools in Turkey
- Verify that each institution belongs to the premium segment
- Collect and organize basic institutional information
- Identify the main decision-maker (owner / founder / principal)
2. Professional Phone Outreach
- Call schools using a respectful and executive tone
- Briefly explain the purpose of the call
- Confirm direct contact details of the decision-maker
- Record clear and structured notes
3. Initial Pre‑Qualification
- Openness to strengthening academic programs
- Interest in differentiation or international positioning
- General level of receptiveness (interested / curious / not relevant)
Deliverables
For each institution, recorded in Excel or Google Sheets:
- School name
- City
- Website
- Phone number
- Decision-maker’s name
- Direct email address
- Short call note (1–2 lines)
- Interest level
Required Profile
- Native Turkish speaker
- Professional level of English
- Proven experience in B2B phone outreach
- Experience in the education or institutional sector (highly valued)
- Strong communication skills with senior decision-makers
- Highly organized and disciplined in data recording
- Ability to invoice as an independent contractor
Timeline and Work Mode
- Pilot phase: 2 weeks (approx. 200 premium preschools to be researched and contacted)
