Freelance Recruiter
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am looking for a freelance recruiter to help me find the right candidates to fill multiple open positions in multiple industries. Our company is seeking experienced professionals with entry, mid and executive level backgrounds across the Technology, Finance and Healthcare sectors. Depending on the position, the workload may vary from one to more than ten positions.
The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of the recruitment process across various industries, and possess excellent communication skills to build a strong relationship with potential candidates. Additionally, the candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of the organizational frameworks and be familiar with job search engines, networking and job boards.
