Fintech Startup Data Needs

Broadly, I need US municipal bond security master data in API form for the broad market (~1.6mm securities). I need descriptive data such as Name, Maturity, Call, Price, Yield, Effective Duration, Purpose, Sector, Subsector, Call Date, CUSIP, among other fields. I also need access to one of the broad municipal indices as well as it's component CUSIPs, weights and security master data on an ongoing basis (BAML/ICE, BBG/Barc, etc). Additionally will need market pricing for the CUSIPs covered. What I am looking for is someone to come up with a price/package/source provider for this information, as someone probably can't deliver this type of API thru this channel alone. Would like total sources in one source if possible but multiple is okay too. don't mind using data brokers, but I want to know the cost of the data packages for this project. Thanks
