Finding online contacts (survey purposes) - UAE region

Hi UW freelancers,
We need help building a contact list of people (active and real persons) located in the UAE region. We would like to conduct a short survey of our target contacts. The questions will be provided and methods & details will follow after the interview session. This task needs a quick turnaround (1-4 days).
Target contact profile: Electric Vehicle (EV) sector (owner, OEM/dealerships, operators)
Your responsibilities:
- Finding real persons' contact and information (template will be provided)
- Target: 30-45 contacts. People located in the UAE region.
- Distribute an online questionnaire to the collected contacts
