Find a specific videogame

So, quite a few years ago (I think around the time the PS4 came out) I was watching a video about a game that was developed for a man who was terminally ill. If I remember correctly, the game was about a main protag hero that basically went on the perilous journey of "life". The only thing that I vividly remember about the game was the ending where the hero had finished his journey and was walking in the snow, and he starts walking slower and slower until he falls and passes away. I THINK I remember the video saying that the man's son or close family relative had a lot to do with the games development. I also think I remember the hero in the game having a very long red cape or scarf at the ending(I THINK). I also think that it was for the PS4 but I'm not sure. I know this is not a lot to go on, and I've been looking for this game for so long but nothing has come up. If you are able to find the correct game, upon confirmation that you have found the correct game, the job will be completed and you will be paid.
