Find and research factories/manufacturers

We are an American company with business interest in China, we currently are looking for factories and manufacturers of various products, we only want manufacturer not trading companies, we want companies that have control over the manufacturer process, because of the current situation is not posible fornus to go physically there, we need someone who is our eyes and ears in China.
