I need someone interested in doing research and find experts in C programming. I need as output a short list (10) with names and contact information and price per hour.
The experts should have proven experience and know about practical things. At least half should be contacted to determine their willing to work as tutor.
The list should be delivered as excel (xls) file with the following fields:
