Find and download corporate presentations as design template

I ask you to assist us in a relatively simple matter - we need to create a corporate presentation for a real estate company and would like to look trough comparable ones. I know they are mostly easy to find.

from Europe, North America or Asia
in a European language only (English, German, French, Spanish, Italian....) - no Asian languages

Do not select: (annual, quarterly) report or small project presentation unless they are excellent in terms of design or layout.
Review many with an eye on design, layout, impressiveness of (modern) design etc
Actual numbers, results etc are not important.
After looking through many, please select the best ones useable as templates.
PPT would be preferable but I am aware that most will be in PDF
Upload to some server where I can see and download them.
