Financial services survey

We are assessing the Bulgarian market (retail banking, investing for retail clients and insurance) with regards to online banking (mobile, web banking and website).
We have a list of banks/ insurers that have to be assessed on 2-3 platforms (mobile, web banking and on the website) across the 3 domains (retail, investments and insurance). For each domain, we have created a survey which can be filled in. However, to properly fill in the questionnaire, you must have client access.
Each questionnaire takes +- 2h30, but to be sure both sides are aligned we account for 3h per assessment at a price of 50EUR per assessment.
