A. Identify three core beliefs you value and hold dear.
B. Next think about some of the “sacred stories” that have helped shaped these beliefs as something you value today. Think about some of the “outside sources”, something you read, observed, learned in a class, were taught as a child, or may have had thrust upon you by some experience not of your own choosing, that is part of the “sacred story” that has helped shaped this belief in you. For example, you may never had thought much about racism, sexism or ageism until you found yourself in a situation where you had to wrestle with what it is you really believe Think about some of the “outside sources” that have influenced what you believe.
