Expert Nutrition Regulatory Consultant Needed

I'm looking for a Specialist Regulatory Consultant to support me in the enhancive and complex field of Nutrition Regulation. As my project's objectives have not yet been rigidly defined, the ideal candidate will possess broad knowledge encompassing various areas of nutrition regulation, in particular:

- Food labelling
- Dietary guidelines
- Nutrient requirements

I need someone who is very familiar with USA, Canada, and Australia and Nutrition Regulatory Compliance and can get their hands on any other country Ingredient/nutrition database as required. Must provide Ingredient Databases and other relevant files/attachments - Identify ingredient databases/and other pertinent files for usage in our new website.

We want to expand to other countries/regions i.e.
North America ( Mexico)
Europe (Germany, UK, France, Italy, Russia and Turkey etc.)
Asia-Pacific (China, Japan, Korea, India, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia and Vietnam)
South America (Brazil, Argentina, Columbia etc.)
Middle East and Africa (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Nigeria and South Africa)

To succeed in this project, candidates should demonstrate:

- Comprehensive understanding of specific country food labelling regulations
- In-depth knowledge of dietary guidance and nutrient requirements
- Previous experience developing, revising, and ensuring compliance with nutrition regulations
