Experienced Project Recruiter
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Duties:
Include, but not limited to, seeking out quality candidates through social media networks, internet research, and advertising, to find talent for open positions, reviewing resumes and proposals, researching job seekers, confirming their qualifications, inviting them to apply to a position, prescreening candidates through online questionaires, efficiently asking questions that help understand the applicant’s skills, arranging interviews while acting as a support system before and after hiring, and filling out hiring paperwork. A very detailed end of the day report is due at the end of each day.
Other duties may include:
Hiring and training freelancers and independent contractors, creating and implementing business strategies, delegating tasks to team members and placing them in open roles at the company.
Qualifications:
Need to have strong people skills, the ability to synthesize information quickly and efficiently, and foster good relationships with recruits and company staffing agents, effective communication and organization skills, positive attitude, encouraging, good research techniques, good interviewing skills, and experience in customer-service-related fields.
Experienced with Google Drive, docs, sheets, calendar, and other useful tools.
