Event Mapping and Categorization Project

I'm looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented freelancer to assist in mapping and categorizing 136 or more distinct events. The goal is to research and find data related to each event, transforming them into a precise structure. This task involves repetitive data gathering and organization.

Key Requirements:

- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Manus for efficient data collection
- Focus on gathering historical data from various sources
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in event categorization
- Research & Classify into Main Category, Service, and Description
- Design taxonomy layout and propose category structure
- Update daily progress reports, highlighting milestones and roadblocks
- Enter approved data into our website/system interface
- Collaborate post-onboarding, applying creative thinking and refining concepts
- 45 events--> Main Category--> Service--> Description must be fully and completely done per week to meet the deadlines.

Ideal Skills & Experience
Proven experience in data entry, categorization, taxonomy building, or similar mapping work (e.g. Upwork “Spreadsheet Categorization” and “Data Mapping” projects)

- Strong research skills and ability to process complex information
- Excellent written communication and report structuring
- Highly organized, self-motivated, with a track record of meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience with AI tools for data research
- Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently

Creative mindset—able to interpret event concepts and categorize them meaningfully
