End-to-End Wikipedia Page Creation

I need a seasoned Wikipedia contributor to take a subject from scratch to live article status. At the moment I have no citations at hand, so the first part of the job is researching and curating third-party, reliably published sources that satisfy Wikipedia’s notability and verifiability policies. Once the references are in place, you will draft the full entry in my user sandbox, style-check it against the Manual of Style, and guide it through the AfC submission process until it is accepted.

Mandatory sections I want to see in the final article are:
• Background / history
• Achievements / awards
• References / footnotes

Please factor source gathering, neutral prose, inline citation formatting, and any copy-editing passes into your timeline. I am happy to collaborate on clarifications about the subject, but I expect you to lead the compliance side so the page sticks.
