End-to-End Journal Publication Support
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have several manuscripts in Science, Technology, Management, and Medicine nearing completion, and I would like them to be placed in reputable open-access journals. To reach that goal, I need one point of contact who can steer each paper from polish to publication.
Your role begins by short-listing suitable open-access titles (Scopus or Web of Science indexed, APC-transparent) that match each manuscript’s scope and impact expectations. Once a target is approved, you will refine the draft—editing for flow, grammar and scientific tone, upgrading the language where needed, and then formatting every element (text, citations, figures, supplementary files) exactly to that journal’s guidelines. I normally write in MS Word or LaTeX, so being comfortable in either environment, plus reference managers such as EndNote or Mendeley, will help.
After formatting, you will handle the entire electronic submission: metadata entry, cover letter, compliance checklists, and suggested reviewers. When editorial or peer-review comments arrive, you’ll prepare point-by-point responses and updated files, tracking deadlines until the final “accepted” email appears. I expect clear status updates at each stage so I can focus on the science while you manage the paperwork.
Deliverables for each manuscript
• Journal short-list with rationale
• Edited and proof-read manuscript in track-changes form
• Final submission-ready files, correctly formatted
• Completed online submission with confirmation receipt
• Revision packs and response letters until publication
Acceptance criteria: the paper must be formally accepted by the chosen journal, with all reviewer comments satisfactorily addressed.
