We're seeking a mystery shopper to assess and report on the B2B sales process of three different employee benefits platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate the full B2B sales journey, including discovery calls, demo presentations, receiving pricing quotes, and collecting all relevant sales materials.
- Assess product functionality, sales techniques, pricing models, and overall customer service quality.
- Record and submit all call recordings and any sales materials you gather.
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to provide detailed, objective feedback.
- Experience with or knowledge of HR, employee benefits, or B2B sales is a plus (but not required).
We’ll provide you with a clear mystery shopper persona, specific questions to ask, and guidelines for recording calls and submitting materials (e.g., quotes, proposals, or product brochures).
