Egyptian newspapers archive research

I need someone to hunt for news articles in Egyptian newspapers (such as Al-Ahram and other newspapers which had national coverage, also newspapers local to Luxor and Cairo) published in 1995 and 1996 using specific key word searches and within specific months in these years. The winning bidder has to be able to read fluent Arabic and have access to digital or offline archives of newspapers such as Al-Ahram. If you cannot do this work yourself, I would appreciate the names of any organisations or people who aren't on Freelancer who could do this work?
