Key Objectives:
1. Identify transformational leadership characteristics that promote innovation.
2. Measure the impact of leadership practices on student outcomes.
3. Explore collaboration between private training centers and formal educational institutions.
4. Develop a framework integrating best practices from both sectors.
Research Methodology:
We will use a mixed-methods approach involving quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with educators, leaders, and stakeholders in both settings.
