Donor Outreach & Government Grant Assistance

I am seeking a professional with expertise in donor outreach and government grants. The project is in its initial research stage, and I need support identifying potential funding opportunities and developing a strategy to approach potential donors. The ideal freelancer should have prior experience in grant writing and fundraising, with a proven track record of securing government funding. Strong communication skills and a strategic mindset are essential.

The project focuses on the Development and Security sector, which may influence the type of potential donors and government funding opportunities to be targeted. Focus efforts on the Commonwealth. The project is expected to be completed within 3-6 months. The primary goal of securing funding is to facilitate research and development initiatives. "We would like weekly updates as we would be working collaboratively with two directors in London for the reporting and documentation throughout the project." The freelancer will have advisory and/or full implementation if funds are secured involvement in the strategy implementation phase. Policy and Research initiatives to promote security dialogue in the Commonwealth region. Some key focus areas include AI, Maritime Security and Disaster relief/prevention.
The funding will support these specific initiatives. The freelancer will have full implementation responsibilities if funds are secured.
