* Managing the End to End recruitment process from Sourcing, Screening of resumes to conducting interviews to closing the positions.
* Should be comfortable with IT recruitment
* Sourcing the profiles from job portals, database, reference, social sites.
* Preliminary HR screening /Tele interviewing the candidate initially to check their interest level, communication skill and technical skill.
* Scheduling the interview of the shortlisted candidates
* Understanding the mandates & ensuring closure in the given TAT.
* Create and manage a database of all candidates with details. MIS & reporting on daily, weekly basis.
* Handling PAN India hiring.
