What “Good” Looks Like
Strong hook (0–20s), fast pacing, clean structure
Minimal cinematic editing, premium visuals, excellent sound design
Research-backed claims with reliable sources + citation list
Thumbnails: dark minimal, 2–4 word power text, no emojis/arrows/clickbait
Core Deliverables (per video, depending on role):
Research: angle, outline, source pack (links + citation notes)
Script: beat-by-beat, retention structure, voice-friendly narration script
VO: clean WAV, noise-free, consistent tone
Edit: b-roll + motion (minimal), sound design, music bed, clean mix, copyright-safe assets
Thumbnail + SEO: 2–3 thumbnail options, title options, description + tags, chapters
Requirements
Experience with US audience storytelling (not generic Wikipedia writing)
Strong communication + deadlines
