Distribute tickets and manage event
Budget: ₹2,190 – ₹2,820 INR
We are conducting a event in 20 cities in India. It will be a free event and we need to contact people through social media, on call, physical meeting and distribute the free tickets. A approximate total of 450 tickets for every city that has to be distributed. We are particularly looking for 250 Dog lovers and Dog parents. Remaining 200 should be social media influencers. We need to contact canal clubs, dog breeders, veterinary hospitals and pet shops to arrange 250 dog lovers. All the tickets has to reach the interested individuals and make sure they will show up on the day of the event
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contacting people through social media, on call, physical meeting and fulfilling the deliverables of distributing tickets.
2. Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential audience.
3. Planning and overseeing new initiatives and leads to reach targeted people.
