The work will likely involve:
• Inspecting the digital scans for security elements, seals, signatures, and serial numbers.
• Cross-checking the details with official registries or directly with the issuing offices when possible.
• Flagging any inconsistencies or red flags and documenting them clearly.
Deliverables
1. A brief verification report for every document, stating “Authentic”, “Not Authentic”, or “Inconclusive”, with notes on the evidence you used.
2. A single summary sheet highlighting overall findings and any recommendations (e.g., further steps if a result is inconclusive).
Acceptance criteria
• Every diploma and certificate in the folder is individually addressed.
• Findings are supported by verifiable references—emails, registry screenshots, or contact logs.
• Reports are submitted in PDF format and written in clear, professional English.
Experience with document forensics, university or licensing-body liaison, or similar verification work will be an advantage. Please outline any relevant tools or methods you plan to use when you bid.
