In-Depth Benchmark Study on Financial Institution Regulations Across Multiple Countries

We are looking to hire a freelancer to conduct an in-depth benchmark study on the recently issued regulations for Financial Institutions, including Exchange Houses, Investment Companies, Finance Companies, or Financial Consulting Companies, across the following countries: United Kingdoms, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Oman. The freelancer will also be responsible for providing recommendations on whether the regulations can be implemented in the State of Qatar. The report should be not less than 10 pages, comprehensive, well-written, easy to read, and clear, and should include a list of the access links to regulations that it addresses.

Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze the regulations for financial institutions in the mentioned countries
- Prepare an in-depth benchmark study report that includes recommendations for implementing regulations in the State of Qatar
- Ensure that the report is clear, concise, and easy to understand
- Provide access links to relevant regulations that the report addresses
