Data collection for research

I am looking for a freelancer to assist me with data collection for my research project. The main objective of the project is to gather data through surveys, workplace observations, and interviews.

Specific Requirements:
- Surveys: The survey will be conducted online(Qualtrics), and I would like the freelancer to set up and manage the online survey platform.
- Workplace Observations: The freelancer will need to use an online tool to record workplace observations.
- Interviews: The freelancer will be responsible for conducting and recording interviews, either in person or remotely.

Data Collection Sources:
Surveys: (300)
1. ANY workers currently employed in public or private sector In Australia
2. who interacts/uses/relies on technology (social media, AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, etc.) in their day to day work

Observations and interviews (30):

1. Older workers currently employed in public or private sector (ideally based in South Australia) and aged 50+ years.
2. who interacts/uses/relies on technology (social media, AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, etc.) in their day to day work

Desired Data Format:
- Survey responses should be collected and organized in a spreadsheet format via survey tool qualtrics
- Workplace observations should be recorded using an online tool.
- Interviews should be recorded in audio format and transcripts to be provided.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing and managing online surveys
- Familiarity with online tools for workplace observations
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Ability to organize and analyze collected data in a spreadsheet format.
- Must be based in Australia (ideally South Australia)
