Data collection

I'm looking for help to collect quantitative data through surveys. This data collection project involves coming up with the questionnaire and conducting surveys with the target audience. After the surveys are complete and the response data is collected, no analysis is necessary. This project requires a professional approach as accuracy and reliability of the collected data is of the utmost importance.
