Data Entry, Content Compilation, Research, and Website Support/Testing Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Content Compilation, Research, and Website Support/testing Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in various supply chain data management tasks, research, website maintenance, and customer support.
Responsibilities:
1. Data Compilation and Validation: Gather data from various sources, compile it, and ensure its accuracy and consistency through thorough validation.
2. Research: Conduct research on suppliers and industry trends.
3. Website Content Management: Assist in updating and maintaining content on our supply chain website, ensuring it reflects accurate and up-to-date information.
4. Image and Notification Management: Upload relevant images and notifications to enhance the website's visual appeal and user experience.
5. Website Tool Testing: Test and validate the functionality of website tools to ensure smooth user experiences and identify potential issues.
6. Business Building: Contribute to business growth by supporting marketing initiatives and assisting in customer onboarding activities.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in data entry and supply chain data management is preferred.
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data compilation and validation.
3. Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and basic website support.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Strong research skills to gather relevant data and industry information.
6. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to provide exceptional customer support.
7. Understanding of supply chain processes and industry trends is a plus.
8. Proven experience in manual software testing, regression testing and proficiency in software testing techniques is preferred.
